An Anti Terrorism Court in Gujranwala has fixed August 26 for completion of cross examination of five prosecution witnesses in a murder case against the Daska City SHO.
SHO Shehzad Warraich had allegedly shot and killed the Daska bar association president and another lawyer following a scuffle on May 25. Three others were injured in the shooting incident. On Saturday, the cross-examination was postponed on the request of the counsel for the accused. At an earlier hearing, the court had framed charges against the accused SHO who denied them and stated that he was innocent.
