We keep trying out new things on our hair to make them look more beautiful. We go for natural remedies and also opt for chemicals and ways that may temporarily beautify our hair but would leave a negative impact on our mane.

1. Use of straighteners

People tend to directly put the straightener on their hair to make them look straight, but it damages your hair making them dry, rough and frizzy.

2. Over-brushing of hair

Excessive strokes of hairbrush can also lead to hair fall. Brushing wet hair is another reason of hair fall, as wet hair are fragile and can easily break.


3. Using shampoo daily

Washing hair with shampoo almost every day makes them dry. It always ideal to pick a shampoo according to your hair type and use it twice or thrice a week. Using the wrong brush to comb your hair can also lead to hair fall. Natural-bristle brushes are great for grabbing thick, slightly damp hair and smoothing them out during a blow-out.

4. Using towel to dry the hair

Rubbing hair with the towel should be totally avoided.  The fabric agitates the cuticles in the hair which leads to friction and then ultimately leads to hair fall. It is best to leave your hair and dry them naturally.

5. Poor eating habits

Vitamin A, C and E are vital for your hair to maintain its glossy texture. It is also recommended to drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. It will also keep your hair lustrous.
