KARACHI:
Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice Faisal Arab has ordered the dismissal of five civil judges and judicial magistrates on Thursday over allegations of corruption, inefficiency, misconduct, including non-joining of duties, and misuse of official powers. Those dismissed included Badar Memon, Ali Gul Khaskheli, Abul Ala Jatoi, Adam Ishaque Sanghar and Samina Alim. According to the official notification, they have been penalised with dismissal from service and compulsory retirement.
