ISLAMABAD:
A four-member delegation of Belarus agriculture scientists on Wednesday visited various facilities at National Agricultural Research Centre (Narc) to witness research advancements by Pakistani scientists in the sector.
Terming Narc as one of the best research institutions that has been adding knowledge to the fields of agriculture research and technology, the delegates expressed great satisfaction over the research and development conducted in there.
Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (Parc) Chairman Dr Iftikhar Ahmad said the visit of Belarus scientists to Parc would help promote agriculture research on modern lines and pave the way for mutual cooperation.
He said that cooperation with Belarus would also help Pakistan take full advantage of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and establish agricultural science parks on the thoroughfare.
