Public health: LGH, Ganga Ram get neuro professors

LAHORE:
Prof Muhammad Anwar Chaudhry and Prof Abdul Hameed on Monday took charge as professors of neurosurgery at the Post Graduate Medical Institute, Lahore General Hospital; and Fatima Jinnah Medical University, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital; respectively. They had been promoted in BPS 20 on June 8, 2015. Prof Chaudary is the chief editor of a medical journal published by the Pakistan Society of Neurosurgeons. He also serves as the finance secretary of the Pakistan Society of Neurosurgeons and the joint secretary of the Medical Teachers Association of the PGMI.
