Mechanical fault: Eight injured in road accident

At least eight people were injured when a passenger bus plunged into a roadside gorge near Phulali, some 32 km from Havelian tehsil headquarters.
Police said the Rawalpindi-bound passenger vehicle was coming from Bodla village. When it reached Phulali, the driver lost control of the vehicle due to a mechanical fault in it and the bus fell into the ravine, injuring eight passengers. The rescue workers shifted the injured to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Havelian where doctors said four were in critical condition.
