Street Crime: Three robbery suspects arrested
He said that police were conducting raids to arrest one of their accomplices who was still at large

Gulshan-i-Iqbal police said on Wednesday they had arrested three robbery suspects. SHO Muhammad Idrees said that they were part of a robber’s gang. “We had been monitoring Abdul Manan, Waseem and Waqar for quite some time. On Wednesday we received a tip off that they were planning to rob a house. They were travelling in a car when we intercepted and arrested them,” he said. He said that the suspects had confessed to being involved in 30 robberies. “They had committed robberies in Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Gujjarpura, Sattukatla, Iqbal Town, Millat Park, Ichra, Nawakot, Sherakot, Chuhng and Hanjarwal areas,” the SHO said. He said that police were conducting raids to arrest one of their accomplices who was still at large.
