Multiple Arrests : ‘Drug peddler’ among three held
Separate cases have been registered against them under the relevant laws
ISLAMABAD:
The Secretariat police on Wednesday arrested three persons and seized hashish from their possession. The police intercepted Zulqarnain Haider at a check point in Muslim Colony and seized 610 grams of hashish. Meanwhile, the same police arrested Muhammad Nadeem and Yasmin alias Sadia near Bari Imam for their alleged involvement in objectionable activities. The police registered separate cases against them under the relevant laws. Meanwhile, Waris Khan police arrested two persons under influence of alcohol. During a patrol, the police arrested Umar and Nasir under the influence of alcohol and seized a 12-bore rifle with two magazines’ from Nasir. Separate cases have been registered against them under the relevant laws.
