According to Flood Warning Division Lahore, all five rivers of Pakistan are in medium and low floods in their respective barrages.

While River Indus is in medium flood at Chashma and Kalabagh and in low flood at Tarbela and Taunsa, River Chenab is in low flood at Balloki and Marala and below low flood at Khanki, Qadiriabad and Tarimon barrages, Radio Pakistan reported.

Meanwhile River Jhelum, Ravi and Sutlej are in low flood in their respective headworks.

However reports revealed that all other rivers and nullahs in the province have a normal flow.

Rajanpur: Rescue operation 

According to reports, rescue operation in areas hit by flood in Hill Torrent Kaha Sultan, Rajanpur is underway.

Further, locals of riverine areas such as Bumblee, Harhand and Chandia have been advised by authorities to relocate to safer places.

Meanwhile Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, along with passing orders to monitor floods across the province at all times, he has directed authorities to take immediate relief measures to help people affected by floods in torrential Nullahs in Koh-e-Suleman in Rajanpur district.
