Developing tourism: K-P TC leases 15 guest houses
Explained that existing staff will also work and will be trained for hotel management and hospitality courses

To develop tourism across Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), the tourism corporation has finalised the lease of 15 guest houses situated in Galyat, said Tourism Corporation K-P Managing Director Mushtaq Ahmed Khan. All 15 rest houses those were handed over to K-P TC were previously run by Civil and Works Department (CWD) and Environment Department of K-P.”To facilitate tourists in Galyat and other areas, the corporation has decided to lease the rest of the houses for one year to the public sector,” he said. He however explained that existing staff will also work and will be trained for hotel management and hospitality courses. KPK TC Director Administration and Properties said that after detailed deliberations with all stockholders they had decided to open these rest houses for tourists through leasing.
