PESHAWAR: Students from Government College of Management Sciences clinched top positions and a gold medal in BBA (Hons) 8th term results announced by University of Peshawar. According to a statement issued by the college on Wednesday, UoP announced results on July 7 in which GCMS bagged all the top positions. Nisar Siddique stood first with 3,472 marks and was also awarded a gold medal. Riffat Hussain followed with 3,453 marks. GCMS’s Farhan Ahmad stood fourth with 3,392, Haroon Khan came sixth with 3,344 marks, Naeem Javed eighth with 3,319 marks and Qazi Rehan came ninth with 3,314 marks. A circular, signed by GCMS deputy controller examinations, stated as many as 92 students appeared from the college in the papers conducted by UoP. The pass percentage stood at 96%. Meanwhile, 242 UoP students sat the exams and their pass percentage stood at 83%.
