Unanimous request: PAS to save NARC

During the meeting, the Prime Minister was asked to turn down the summary by Capital Development Authority

ISLAMABAD:
The Pakistan Academy of Sciences (PAS) has adopted a unanimous resolution to save the National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC) Islamabad from the land mafia. The academy convened a meeting of top scientists at its office recently.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister was asked to turn down the summary by Capital Development Authority (CDA) for conversion of NARC’s 1,400 acres’ research farm into a housing scheme.
