This or that? Grandiose in net

Wowing in diverse mesh detailed numbers, these divas left us floored

Nothing yells finesse more than fitted silhouettes and jet-net gowns. It was on the red carpet at the Lancôme birthday celebration in Paris that Penelope Cruz and Lily Collins exuded charisma with technique. Wowing in diverse mesh detailed numbers, these divas left us floored.

Penelope Crus

Hair and make-up

The Counsellor diva wore her brunette locks down, flowing and as glossy as ever, with flirty bangs framing her face. The sultry star aced the smokey eye look, while keeping the rest of her make-up understated. We loved the tea-pink pout she sported. Talk about sizzling on the red carpet.

Outfit

Penelope stuck to her long-established style, sporting a figure-hugging black gown that showed off her svelte hourglass curves to a tee. The talented star sensualised the look — as if she needed the help — with the long, flowing skirt crafted from a sheer lace-net material to accentuate her toned pins.

Accessories

Adding an earthly appeal to her ensemble, the actor teamed her dress with sophisticated sterling silver earrings and little else, but that didn’t stop her from shining bright. The star savvied up her look by adding a deep burgundy mani and an alluring smile.

Lily Collins

Hair and make-up

Lily wore her brunette pixie cut slicked back in a side-parting and added some colour with bold red lips. The actor flaunted her flawless complexion with unassuming yet radiant make-up that comprised highlighted and thick statement-making brows for a show-stopping red carpet look.

Outfit

The Stuck In Love actor wore a stunning black lace net gown with a dramatic drop hem train to Lancôme’s 80th anniversary party. The nude underlay ensured that Lily looked hot yet classy at the A-list party in the French capital.

Accessories

The star of Love, Rosie added several inches in a pair of black platform heels and kept her accessories simple with two oversized silver rings and ear studs. Her black mani amped up her look.
