Switching sides: 34 PML-F local leaders join PPP
Chief minister said PPP has always given importance to workers

Around 34 local leaders and activists of the Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PML-F) jumped ship and joined the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Tuesday. They made the decision after their meeting with Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah at CM House. Among those who joined the PPP were former president of PML-F’s Karachi division Kamal Ahmed and Advocate Javeed Hajano, the former president of the PML-F lawyers’ forum. Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said that the PPP has always given importance to workers.
