Murree development: Six out of 10 projects completed, PM briefed

Six development projects of Murree have been completed and speedy work on the remaining four projects is going on for early completion in line with the development vision of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.


This was informed at a high-level briefing chaired by the prime minister on Thursday.


Speaking on the occasion the prime minister directed to remove all the bottlenecks and impediments in the progress of the remaining projects keeping the pace of work on fast track so that the people of Murree and tourists from all over the country enjoy best facilities at this beautiful resort of our country.


The prime minister expressed satisfaction over the good work but directed that no laxity should be witnessed in the development and restoration of old grandeur of Murree.


He said the government was providing all necessary resources to restore the lost glory of Murree which is a destination of choice for domestic tourists.
