Ghulam Rabbani Khar says they are "sticking with the PPP"

In a week when a number of senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) members in Punjab jumped ship to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, the party has received the good news that its former foreign minister has decided to stay put.
Former foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar, and her father Ghulam Rabbani Khar, stalwarts of the PPP from south Punjab, have decided to stay with the party.

“My daughter is sticking with my party [PPP]—she is not going anywhere,” Khar told The Express Tribune. The senior Khar, who was elected from NA-177 on a PPP ticket, said his daughter is not going to join any political party.
“We are sticking with PPP.”

Earlier in the week, there were rumours that Hina Rabbani was going to join PTI.
Later in the evening, Hina Rabbani too dismissed the reports. "These are unsubstantiated rumours."
