Medical services: Doctors to be deputed in Larkana jails
They have been further directed to submit the names of the doctors to upload on the website
LARKANA:
On Supreme Court’s orders, the home department has asked the health department to depute an orthopaedic surgeon and a dermatologist for various jails in Larkana district and a gynaecologist and a paediatrician for Special Prison for Women, Larkana, to provide medical treatment to the prisoners and their children. They have been further directed to submit the names of the doctors to upload on the website. The health department wrote to the Chandka Medical College (CMC) principal and the CMC Hospital, Larkana, medical superintendent to comply with the apex court orders, as consultants are working under their administrative control.
