A Hindu resident, Mewo, protested at the press club with other residents against the kidnapping of his two daughters, on Wednesday. He alleged that Ghaffar Khan and Khayal Gul have kidnapped his daughters, 18-year-old Dhori and 20-year-old Haleeman, from Dang Mori.

He alleged that the police had refused to register a case against the kidnappers. He feared the abductors would force his daughters to convert to marry them. The father demanded authorities to safely recover his daughters within three days or else he would set himself on fire outside the DIG's office in Mirpurkhas.

Meanwhile, Jiye Sindh Qoumi Mahaz leader Akbar Mari and Ex-MNA Kishan Chand Barwani told the media that Hindus have been victimised for a long time in Sindh. They said that the Hindus were kidnapped and forced to change their religion, adding that the elected representatives are playing the role of silent spectators.

The Book Says | 8 years ago | Reply Another great day for minorities in the great Islamic Republic. But who cares, it is not about Kashmir and she is not Muslim, here it is kufr we are dealing with, who by as per the holy book is worst among the living things. So, let us look other way, and focus on the atrocities in India and other non-Muslim countries done on the (non-assimilating, intolerant) fellow Muslims.
