Officials of the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) have confiscated 16 truckloads of goods from various markets during last two days in its campaign against encroachments.
Vendors who are found selling products while displaying them on footpaths and different roads are being fined, he said, adding that encroachments both temporary and permanent are also being removed.

According to an RCB spokesman, encroachments were removed from Chungi 22, Tench Bhatta, Bakra Mandi, Allahabad and Naseerabad and 16 truckloads of goods were confiscated.
