Heatwave horror: Army sets up 16 relief camps in Sindh

With the deadly heatwave showing no signs of dissipation, Pakistan Army has set up 10 medical emergency camps in Karachi to provide immediate relief to heatstroke patients.
People have been advised to visit camps established by Rangers due to the immense rush at government hospitals.
The army relief centres equipped with all requisite medical arrangements, doctors and paramedics would operate round the clock at the following locations: Rangers Training Centre and College near Toll Plaza (Tel: 36871683); Sindh Rangers Hospital in Block A, North Nazimabad (Tel: 36670725); Headquarters 53 Wing in Baldia Town (Tel: 32814044); Headquarters 93 Wing near People’s Football Stadium on Mauripur Road (Tel: 32032629); Headquarters 91 Wing at SITE Stadium (Tel: 32597050); Headquarters 72 Wing near Kala Pull (Tel: 99202545 & 99205489); Headquarters 83 Wing at Jamia Milia Malir (Tel: 34491746); Headquarters 82 Wing in Muzaffarabad Colony (Tel: 35080167); Headquarters 63 Wing at Karachi University (Tel: 99261056); and Headquarters 44 Wing in North Karachi (Tel: 36493000). The army has also set up six heatstroke relief centres in different cities of rural Sindh to provide medical assistance to heatstroke patients.
