Condolence: Express Tribune editor grieved

Mrs Saadia Nasir, elder sister of Kamal Siddiqi, editor of The Express Tribune, passed away after a brief battle with cancer on Sunday in Irvine, California. She was a teacher at the Orange Crescent School in Garden Grove, California for the past 15 years where she taught Grade 3 students. Earlier, she had taught in the Beaconhouse School System in Karachi and at the Kano Capital School in Kano, Nigeria.  Hundreds of well-wishers, students and parents attended her last rites. She is survived by her husband, Nasir Masood Khan, and daughter, Sidra Nasir.
