Sharae Faisal police conducted raids in Baitul Hina and Haroon Royal City, arresting 11 suspects, while the East zone police arrested 55, including five absconders. They also recovered weapons, including six pistols, one revolver and bullets.

Sharae Faisal police conducted raids in Baitul Hina and Haroon Royal City, arresting 11 suspects, while the East zone police arrested 55, including five absconders. They also recovered weapons, including six pistols, one revolver and bullets.
Two men, Muhammad Afzal and Adnan Sher, were arrested and pistols recovered from their possession by the Sir Syed and Gulberg police respectively. Abdul Ghafoor, 55, was killed by his son Sohail and son-in-law Gulzar when they hit him with an axe in Korangi's Mehran Town. Korangi Industrial Area police arrested one perpetrator, Sohail. The Federal Investigation Agency conducted a raid near GPO Boulton Market and arrested illegal foreign currency traders. FIRs have been lodged against Ejaz, Abdul Waheed, Ishtiaq Ahmed, Babar Ali, Salman and Irfan.
