LAHORE: Postgraduate Medical Institute (PGMI) Principal Anjum Habib Vohra was promoted to Grade 21 on Thursday on the eve of his retirement. A notification has been issued in this regard by the concerned authorities. Vohra remained extremely busy on the last day of his service with the Health Department. He visited various departments at the Lahore General Hospital and thanked professors, doctors, paramedics and nurses for their cooperation over the course of his posting at the establishment. A banquet was also arranged in Vohra’s honour by his students. A large number of PGMI, LGH and Ameerud Din Medical College officials were also present on the occasion. Vohra thanked his students for their love and affection.
