Rescue 1122 prepares for an upcoming monsoon season

Rescue-1122 has devised a ‘comprehensive action plan’ for preventing flood in Nullah Leh and other streams during the upcoming monsoon season. The dredging of Nullah Leh has been completed while cleanliness of other streams by Water and Sanitation Agency and Solid Waste Management Company would be completed this month, before the start of monsoon rains. Rescue-1122 District Emergency Officer Abdul Rehman said steps are being taken to enhance public awareness regarding flood causes.
