ZIMS Security Company, managed to overpower them with the help of police

ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad IGP Tahir Alam Khan on Monday awarded two private security guards who helped police in apprehending two criminals. According to details, robbers snatched cash, mobile phones and other valuables from Metro Cash and Carry employees at gunpoint in Sector I-11/4 recently. As they were trying to escape, two guards, identified as Basit Ali and Zia, of ZIMS Security Company, managed to overpower them with the help of police. Both were awarded Rs25,000 each. The IGP said policing could not be successful without cooperation of public and appealed to residents to keep a vigilant eye around their surroundings.
