Ramazan preparations: Low cost, high quality food to be supplied

District governments have developed a coordinated strategy for the continuous supply of low-cost and high-quality edible items to the people during Ramazan, said Sukkur commissioner Muhammad Abbas Baloch. He said that every effort will be made to ensure that fasting people will not face any difficulty during the holy month. Baloch expressed these views while talking to consumers during a surprise visit to the local market on Monday. During his visit, it was found that the weights and measures of some shops were incorrect, upon which immediate action was taken and show-cause notices were issued to defaulters.
