Weak structures: Over 380 school buildings dangerous
The Punjab government has already allocated Rs15 million for repair and renovation of delicate and dangerous buildings

The Rawalpindi education department has declared around 384 government school buildings in Rawalpindi extremely dangerous. The Rawalpindi education department took help from a private engineering firm to identify weak structures and identified some of the dilapidated buildings. A final report of the survey will be sent to the EDO Education Rawalpindi Qazi Zahoorul Haq by 30th June for further necessary action. The Punjab government has already allocated Rs15 million for repair and renovation of delicate and dangerous buildings.
