ISLAMABAD:
A single member bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear the petition against CDA action for removing slums in federal capital in compliance of court orders, on Friday. The single member bench, comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Saddiqui, would hear the case filed by a resident of Kachi Abadi Azizur Rehman regarding revision of court orders about removal of Kachi Abadi. During the last hearing of the case, the court observed that illegal slums have become centre of arms and drugs business. The court had sought a report from CDA and police regarding further course of action against illegal slums.
