Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut who is in high spirits after the success of her latest film Tanu Weds Manu Returns,  has turned down an offer to work with B-Town megastar Salman Khan.

According to Deccan Chronicle, Kangana has turned down the offer to work with the Dabangg star in Ali Abbas Zafar's upcoming film Sultan. Rumours have it that the schedule of Sultan clashed with her other film, Rangoon, which will be directed by Vishal Bhardwaj.

But having already committed to Rangoon, Kangana could not work with the Bollywood megastar in Sultan. She will be seen opposite Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in the film.

After tasting success with her last two hits, Queen and Tanu Weds Manu Returns, there is no doubt Kangana has become more choosy with her new projects.

According to Times of India, the actress is pushing herself and questioning what she will be doing next.

"I have started expecting more from myself. To render strong roles consistently can be draining, and now, I feel the question 'What next?' looming large," she said.

She further revealed that she plans to direct as well. "To evolve into the next level of cinema needs the support of strong scripts and visionary filmmakers. So let's see what kind of scripts come my way or I might get into direction. For now, I'm doing Hansal's (Mehta) film called Simran and Vishal sir's (Bhardwaj) film called Rangoon," added the actress.
