Enforced disappearance: Historian’s son goes missing
He is not a criminal, he is just a sincere worker of a national party
HYDERABAD:
Historian and intellectual, Atta Mohammad Bhambro, has claimed that his son, Raja Dahir Bhambro, is the victim of an enforced disappearance. At a press conference at his residence in Hyderabad on Tuesday, he said that the Rangers and men in plain clothes whisked away Bhambro from Bachal Bhambro, a village in the Khairpur district, on June 4. “He is a father of three children, who makes a living from agriculture. He is not a criminal, he is just a sincere worker of a national party,” he said, without disclosing his affiliation with any particular group or party. He demanded that his son’s arrest should be declared.
