Budding artists: PNCA art camp begins
Experts in these fields will conduct courses with techniques and theoretical training of fine arts subjects
ISLAMABAD:
A two-month summer art camp started on Monday at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts to help budding artists of the city. Over 30 participants, divided into age groups of five to 11 and 12 to 15 will learn drawing, painting, sculpture, singing, dancing and many other forms of visual and performing arts, said a PNCA official. Experts in these fields will conduct courses with techniques and theoretical training of fine arts subjects. The art camp has been scheduled during summer vacations with the objective to engage youngsters in their free time. The classes will continue till August 10.
