They arrested my son Irfan
LAHORE:
An additional district and sessions judge on Monday sought comments from the Harbanspura SHO on a petition seeking the registration of a case against 15 policemen. Ijaz Ahmed, the petitioner, told the court that a police team, led by the Kasur SHO, had raided his house last week. “They arrested my son Irfan. They did not tell us what he was accused of and took him to the police station. When I went there, they demanded Rs200,000 for his release. I could not pay the amount. They registered a case against my son on drug charges,” he said. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register a case against the policemen for implicating his son in a false case.
