A Jaranwala additional sessions judge on Saturday sentenced two men to death he convicted of murder. Prosecution said Shafiullah and Fakharullah had shot dead Imran, a resident of Chak 587, over on money in 2012. Police had registered a case under Section 302 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and had submitted a challan in court law. After examining evidence and hearing witnesses, Judge Rana Muhammad Saleem sentenced Shafiullah and Fakharullah to death. He also directed them to pay Rs200,000 compensation to the family of the deceased.
