Shuffled: Eight judicial officers posted to different districts

PESHAWAR:
The Peshawar High Court has transferred eight judicial officers, including district and session judges and civil judges, and posted them to various posts in different districts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
The order of the registrar office issued on Friday says district and session judge Sardar Muhammad Irshad has been transferred from Kohistan to the PHC as an officer on special duty. District and session judge Muhammad Iqbal Khan has been transferred from Abbottabad bench to Kohistan on the same post.
Similarly, Muhammad Tariq was transferred to Swat from Lakki Marwat and posted on the vacant post of district and session judge/zilla qazi, replacing Babar Ali Khan who filled the post in Lakki Marwat.
Additional district and session judge Abdul Baseer was posted as additional registrar on the same pay scale in Abbottabad while Muhammad Saeed was transferred from DI Khan and posted in Swat as additional registrar.
Civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate Asif Kamal was posted in Lakki Marwat from Peshawar while Amjid Hussain was transferred from Lakki Marwat to Peshawar on the same post.
The Abbottabad and DI Khan districts and sessions judges shall complete the pending work of the courts they are being transferred from among other courts within the district of competent jurisdiction where pendency is high, read the order issued by Registrar Muhammad Ayub Khan.
