LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Friday dismissed as not maintainable pleas challenging legality of the judicial commission probing electoral rigging. Pakistan Lawyers’ Foundation AK Dogar and some others had filed the petitions submitting that the commission had been formed in violation of the Constitution.
