Muhammad | 8 years ago | Reply It would be a black day in the history of Pakistan Meteorological Department when Dr Ghulam Rasul assumed charge as DG as his 28 years service record proves him as a man of no integrity and moral values. Senior Most Chief Met Mr. Hazrat Mir was bypassed by unethical means in order to make Ghulam Rasul as new DG of PMD.
