Rawalpindi To Naran: PTDC bus service from June 1
The travel time would be around eight hours and special discount tour packages will be provided

The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) seasonal bus service between Rawalpindi and Naran would start from June 1 to promote domestic tourism in the country. PTDC Managing Director Khabir Ahmed Khan will inaugurate the service. The travel time would be around eight hours and special discount tour packages will be provided to families, students, group tourists and foreign tourists. The PTDC motel in Naran is situated on the river bank and has 60 rooms, huts and cottages. The corporation started the service in 1997 operates it from June to August and a high number of tourists visit the valley utilising the service. In order to develop tourism infrastructure in the country, PTDC has established 39 motels in far flung areas of Pakistan, revealed Khan.
