ISLAMABAD:
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) on Thursday arrested a suspected drug peddler and seized 4kg of hashish from his possession.
Acting on a tip-off, ANF team intercepted Ghulam Abbas at a police checkpoint at Tramri Chowk and found the hashish during a search of his Suzuki FX (GAH-3294).
The contraband was placed under a seat of the vehicle and was being supplied in nearby localities.
The police registered a case against him under anti-narcotics laws and investigation is under way.
