In order to educate its suppliers and contractors on procurement policies and procedures in line with the Public Procurement Rules 2004, the Pakistan State Oil (PSO)’s Procurement and Services Department held a conference titled ‘Transforming the Procurement Process together’. The conference began with a welcome address by PSO General Manager Procurement and Services Arif Nasib. He highlighted the need for strengthening the strategic alliance between PSO and its vendors.
