Clarification: No agreement with Axact, says US State Dept

US State Department on Tuesday said it has no agreement with Axact for verification of documents. Pakistan is carrying out an investigation into the alleged scam of forged degrees. According to a TV channel, the US State Department has said in a statement that it provides details regarding verification of documents on its website. The website also provides information to protect against forged documents, it said.
