Former president and Co-chairperson of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari has directed party workers to gear up for the next general elections.
Zardari held a detailed meeting with leading figures of his party’s provincial setup prior to his brief speech.

Former president and Co-chairperson of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari has directed party workers to gear up for the next general elections.
“In previous general polls, we have been forced to stay away from workers and running election campaign but this time no one can stop us,” Zardari remarked while addressing party workers and stalwarts at the residence of former federal minister Arbab Alamgir in Peshawar on Tuesday. Zardari was accompanied by former prime minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani, former interior minister Rehman Malik , former information minister Sherry Rehman, and Senator Farhatullah Babar.
