District and Sessions Judge Tariq Iftikhar Ahmed has deputed Judicial Magistrate Talat Mehmood to attest the last will of Muhammad Shakeel scheduled to be executed on May 26 at Central Jail. In 1997, Islampura police had registered an FIR against Shakeel under Section 302 (murder) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
