LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) sought a reply from National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Monday on a petition seeking contempt of court proceedings against him. Iqtidar Shah had filed the petition, stating that the LHC had sent a petition about Article 248, 45 and 263 of the Constitution to the speaker, who had not given a ruling on it.
