Solidarity: Candle-light vigil for Karachi victims
The gathering also offered prayer for victims of the brutal bus assault
MUZAFFARABAD:
Civil society members and government officials on Friday held a candle light vigil for Karachi victims at the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
“We express solidarity with the Ismaili community who lost their dear ones in the cowardly attack,” said AJK Minister for Rehabilitation Abdul Majid Khan.
AJK PM’s Media Adviser Shaukat Javaid said that our hearts go out to the affected families. The gathering also offered prayer for victims of the brutal bus assault. The speakers termed the attack as inhumane and vowed to continue their fight against terrorism.
