Renewable energy: Danish solar farm proposed in DHA

The ambassador of Denmark, Jesper Moller Sorensen, visited the Defence Housing Association's (DHA) main office and met the DHA administrator, Brigadier Zubair Ahmed, to discuss the possibility of engaging a Danish company to establish a 20 mega-watt (MW) solar photovoltaic farm. He was accompanied by a delegation from Vestas, a Danish global wind energy development company. The project will be upgraded to a 50MW wind farm, said a DHA press release.
