1. Drink water
Drink six to eight glasses of water daily, it helps hydrate your skin while simultaneously flushing out toxins from your body.
2. Moisturise
Apply banana, coconut milk and honey, these foods help moisturise your face and prevent wrinkles and dark circles.
3. Avoid junk food
Avoid eating junk food! It not only creates a deficiency of nutrients, but also leads to an increase of toxins in the body and not to forget junk food is terrible for the skin. Eat food rich in vitamins and minerals, they are a great way to detoxify your body.
4. Apply toner
Mix a pinch of camphor with a few drops of vitamin E oil and rose water. Properties of these three ingredients leave skin soft and nourished.
