Naltar tragedy: ANP, JI leaders offer condolences
The pilot lost his life in a chopper crash in Gilgit-Baltistan on Friday

Leaders from ANP and JI offered condolences to the family of Major Faisal Waseem, the pilot who lost his life in a chopper crash in Naltar, G-B on Friday. Former chief minister and ANP provincial president Amir Haider Khan Hoti visited Chota Lahor, Swabi on Sunday to offer fateha for Waseem. Similarly, JI chief Sirajul Haq and former JI MNA Usman Khan visited the deceased’s residence on Saturday evening to offer their condolences. Although Waseem’s body has yet to be handed over to the family, many people from Lahore and its surrounding areas attended his funeral in absentia on Saturday evening.
