CPO says some 30 people questioned in the case

Madina Town police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a factory owner for killing a worker.
He said when Kashif Shehzad, owner of a silk factory where Hussain worked, was interrogated, he confessed to killing him.

Talking to The Express Tribune, here on Wednesday, CPO Sohail Habib Tajik said Abid Hussain Ansari, a resident of Mohallah Yousufabad, had been shot dead on April 26.
“The complainant told police that his brother had gone to Dhuddiwalam, rented a shop and had taken Rs10,000 for an advance payment,” the CPO said. “When he did not return, the family had sent out a search party to look for him. His body was found in a field near Dhuddiwala.”
The CPO said some 30 people were questioned in the case.
