Congo Virus: Two suspected cases at HMC
Hospital medics have obtained their blood samples
PESHAWAR:
Two patients suspected to be infected by the Congo virus have been admitted at Hayatabad Medical Complex. Hospital medics have obtained their blood samples and sent them to National Institute of Health, Islamabad for screening. According to HMC officials, both the patients were admitted after they complained of prolonged fever. Twenty-nine-year-old Muhammad Sajid is a resident of Hayatabad while 40-year-old Abdul Sabur is an Afghan national. Laboratory results are awaited.
