Traders in Blue Area have demanded an underpass to facilitate people coming from the F-sectors. They said the metro bus corridor along Jinnah Avenue had cut off the F-sectors from Blue Area. Blue Area Traders Association Vice-Chairman Muhammad Ashraf on Monday said their businesses had suffered due to the metro bus’ construction work, adding that some shopkeepers had altogether closed their businesses due to incessant losses. He also demanded a three-year tax exemption for Blue Area traders to compensate them for the losses they suffered due to the metro bus project.
